blah i hate blogging but I'm doing this to stay motivated. I don't really plan on blogging a ton but enough to keep some people updated and hold my self accountable for volume. I also hope i can use this as a place to share some interesting hands with people. I am usually a sng player (about 99.8 % of my games in my career are sngs) but i hope to be expanding my horizons and trying to play some mtts and hopefully mix in cash as well (ill believe it when i see it). I think balancing in mtts and cash can be a good thing to get myself away from the monotony that is poker. I love sngs and they have been my money maker for the last 2 years but they can be rather bland and have found myself in a bit of a tough luck streak as of late.
Im stuck in a 2k sng breakeven stretch but i know i will turn it around. Every year since i started playing poker i have gone threw stretches like this and 2008 is no different (i ran above expectation early in 2008 on cake). I hope to be posting in the next couple of days about my quest for supernova on pokerstars. Im 15,637 vpps away from being supernova and im 26 days from the end of the year. I collected over 50k vpps in the last 2 months so i shouldnt have trouble reaching supernova. I look foward to using my supernova status at the begin of 2008 to grind steps to SCOOP (spring championships of online poker). I will be updating the blog again in the next couple of days with some results and some intresting hands
